Baseball: Grezenski, Felch spark D.C. Everest to win at Wausau East.

Hayden Grezenski had three hits, 2 RBI and 2 runs scored while Cade Felch went 5 innings and allowed 3 runs on 6 hits to pace D.C. Everest to a 10-3 win at Wausau East in Wisconsin Valley Conference baseball on Thursday.

Leading 3-2 heading into the 4th inning, the Evergreens took control with a 4 run inning. A Ryan Schulz 3 RBI double was the big hit in the inning to give DCE a 7-2 lead. Schulz finished the game 2 for 4 while Caden Allen added a pair of hits and RBI for Everest, who improved to 2-1 in the WVC.

Connor Lemirand was 2 for 3 with an RBI and run scored for East while Gaige Stockwell also had two hits for East, who fell to 1-4 in the conference.
